About Generator Barcelona

Located in the buzzing district of Gracia, near Gaudi's Casa Batllo, our space features eclectic interiors, a bar and lounge with local delicacies, and panoramic views from our terrace rooms and penthouse suite.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• Report to the F&B Supervisor / Manager
• Be assigned to a department (Bar, Café, Kitchen) with potential cross-over
• Have sound knowledge and experience with coffee and food, and offer unique options to guests
• Take ownership of the guest experience to ensure a memorable Generator experience
• Respond promptly to customer requests with a positive attitude
• Comply with company policies, including Fire Safety, Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene
• Handle cash responsibly during your shift
• Work collaboratively within your team who understand and embody the Generator ethos
• Know your customers well and provide personalized service
