ISP is seeking a dedicated extracurricular program manager to lead a diverse slate of after-school and enrichment programs at our Madrid campus. You will develop initiatives, recruit and supervise staff, and align activities with school policies.

The role emphasizes safety, collaboration with external partners, and boosting student participation and engagement across age groups. A background in education or recreation and proven leadership are essential.
