A private educational organization in Palma, Mallorca, is currently seeking an Extracurricular Activities Instructor for the school period running from October to May. This flexible opportunity offers part-time hours designed around after-school workshops across various schools and centers in Palma. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating students through interactive, educational, and fun sessions.

Tasks

• Leading extracurricular workshops in various disciplines such as sports, English language, theatre, dance, rhythmic gymnastics, skating, cooking, guitar, or chess.
• Planning and structuring engaging lessons adapted to the developmental stage of the participants.
• Fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment during all sessions.
• Coordinating workshop logistics between the core hours of 12:00 and 17:00.

To succeed in this position, you should bring enthusiasm for education and relevant experience in your discipline. The requirements include:

Requirements

• A recognized Leisure and Free Time Instructor qualification (Monitor de ocio y tiempo libre) or studies related to education and the specific activity you will teach is highly valued.
• A minimum B2 English certification if you are teaching English-language activities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Availability to teach during midday or afternoon hours in Palma.
