Empresa Realitat Virtual is seeking an Educational Activity Instructor to lead interactive workshops in Palma, Mallorca. You will guide primary students through programming, VR, and AR in a playful, supportive setting.

The role offers a part-time, fixed-discontinuous contract for the school year starting Oct 1, 2026, with a weekly workload of 8 hours (6 teaching, 2 prep) and a gross salary of 275 EUR per month plus a year-end bonus, plus onboarding and training on employer tools.

Formación

• Completed secondary education (Bachillerato or equivalent).
• Passion for teaching primary school children with solid digital competencies.
• Interest in technology with full training on VR/AR tools provided by company.
• English proficiency at least B1.
• Driver's license and own vehicle are valued for travel between centres.

Are you passionate about modern technology, creative teaching, and inspiring young learners? Empresa Realitat Virtual is looking for an enthusiastic Educational Activity Instructor to lead interactive extracurricular workshops across educational centres in Palma, Mallorca. In this role, you will help primary school children explore the world of programming, virtual reality, and augmented reality in a fun and supportive environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating and programming engaging virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) spaces designed to foster computational thinking in primary school students.
• Delivering structured extracurricular sessions that encourage digital creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Preparing learning materials and dedicating time to lesson planning.
• Traveling to three designated educational centres in Palma with the required technical equipment to conduct the activities.

What you bring to the team:

• Completed secondary education (Bachillerato or equivalent qualification).
• A genuine passion for teaching primary school children and solid digital competencies.
• An active interest in technology, with full training on the specific VR and AR tools provided directly by the company.
• English language proficiency at a minimum level of B1.
• Beneficial assets: background or qualifications in education, creative training, or youth leisure instruction (monitor de tiempo libre) with at least 12 months of experience.
• A valid driving licence and personal vehicle are valued to facilitate moving between school locations with activity materials.

What is offered:

• A part-time, fixed-discontinuous contract for the school year, starting on October 1, 2026.
• A weekly workload of 8 hours per week, consisting of 6 hours of teaching and 2 hours allocated for lesson preparation.
• Regular weekly timetable: Mondays and Fridays from 13:00 to 14:00, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 13:00 to 15:00, and Wednesdays from 12:15 to 13:05.
• A gross salary of 275 EUR per month (approximately 2,200 EUR gross total), plus an extra month bonus at the end of the school year upon successful completion of the contract term.
• Full onboarding and training on the technical tools from the employer.
