Centre Educació Infantil in Palma, Mallorca, seeks seven qualified early childhood educators for a permanent, full-time role starting September 2026. You will plan and run stimulating activities, create a safe, nurturing environment, and support development across cognitive, social, language, and motor domains.

Requirements include a degree in Early Childhood Education, Catalan B2, Montessori knowledge, basic IT skills, and no prior experience required.

• Catalan language proficiency at B2 level.

Are you passionate about early childhood education and looking to make a meaningful difference in the development of young children? A dynamic early childhood education centre (Centre Educació Infantil) in Palma, Mallorca, is currently seeking 7 qualified early childhood educators to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis starting September 2026.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Planning and executing stimulating educational activities appropriate for early childhood
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and affectionate learning environment
• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and daily care of the children
• Supporting and stimulating cognitive, emotional, social, psychomotor, and language development

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• University degree in Early Childhood Education (Grado en Educación Infantil) or Higher Technician in Early Childhood Education (Técnico Superior en Educación Infantil)
• Language proficiency in Catalan (level B2 required)
• Knowledge of the Montessori methodology and a strong educational vocation
• Basic IT user skills
• No prior professional experience is required (0 months experience accepted)

What this position offers you:

• A permanent contract (contrato indefinido)
• A gross annual salary of 22,000 EUR, with extra payments included (pagas extras incluidas)
• Full-time schedule with shifts such as 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 16:30, 07:30 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 16:00, or 08:00 to 13:30 and 14:30 to 16:30
