Confidential employer on Mallorca is seeking a dedicated sports instructor to deliver high-quality group training sessions for active individuals. The role is permanent with a part-time schedule of 13 hours per week and a base pay of 11.18 EUR gross per hour, plus an additional supplement based on class enrollment.

You will plan and instruct dynamic functional training and mat Pilates, supervise sessions for safety, and foster an energetic, supportive group atmosphere.

Formación

• Formal training and certification as a Mat Pilates instructor (Pilates suelo).
• Formal training and certification as a Functional Training instructor (entrenamiento funcional).
• Proven experience in a similar group fitness or sports instructor role.
• High level of Spanish proficiency to instruct attendees clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and instruct dynamic functional training classes for varying fitness levels.
• Lead structured mat Pilates classes focusing on core stability, breathing, and form.
• Supervise participants during sessions to ensure safe and accurate execution.
• Foster an encouraging, positive, and energizing group atmosphere in every class.
• Adapt movement patterns and provide adjustments to accommodate individual needs.

In this role, you will take full ownership of your group classes and inspire participants to stay active and healthy:

• Plan and instruct dynamic functional training classes suitable for various fitness levels.
• Lead structured mat Pilates classes, emphasizing core stability, breathing, and proper form.
• Supervise participants during sessions to ensure exercises are executed safely and accurately.
• Foster an encouraging, positive, and energizing group atmosphere in every class.
• Adapt movement patterns and provide adjustments to accommodate individual needs.

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Formal training and certification as a Mat Pilates instructor (Pilates suelo).
• Formal training and certification as a Functional Training instructor (entrenamiento funcional).
• Proven previous professional experience in a similar group fitness or sports instructor role.
• High level of Spanish proficiency (fluent oral communication) to instruct attendees clearly.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented approach to sports coaching.
