Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of operations experience in pharma/Biotech/GMP industry.
• 5+ years handling external suppliers with business analysis experience.
• Experience managing external manufacturers is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage performance of contract manufacturers focused on finish products.
• Ensure on-time, full delivery from CMOs under favorable sourcing terms.
• Establish business and legal framework between CMOs and STADA.
• Represent ESO in cross-functional meetings to align STADA position.
• Oversee contractual oversight of external manufacturing relationships.
• Support negotiation of supply agreements with CMOs.
• Lead regular MBRs with senior stakeholders to review performance.
• Identify supply risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional with internal stakeholders.
• Review sourcing conditions and identify optimization measures.
• Evaluate and track product transfers (Site to Site; in-sourcing).
