Job summary

STADA Group in Spain (Barcelona region) seeks a Manager Global Technology Transfer to lead end-to-end tech transfer projects, coordinating global teams across QA, QC, RA, and CMOs. You will define strategies, develop plans, manage risks, and drive regulatory and quality milestones for transfer and launches.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma tech transfer with strong project management, English fluency, and travel flexibility. A university degree in a life sciences field is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Biology (Life Sciences) or comparable field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• More than 5 years of experience in Pharma Industry with tech transfer, product development, manufacturing or regulatory affairs.
• Project management experience leading multi-functional teams.
• Learning agility and proactive knowledge pursuit.
• Business/market/technology savvy with growth mindset.
• Strong problem-solving ability in fast-moving environments.
• Open to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Tech Transfer projects end-to-end, on time and within cost.
• Define project strategy, team, and end-to-end project plan.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external CMOs as needed.
• Run project meetings and track milestones.
• Ensure alignment across QA, RA, Commercial Transfer Team, and others.
• Provide scientific/technical expertise in quality, regulatory, and transfer.
• Consolidate master documentation for feasibility and transfer.
• Support manufacturing sites in trials and validation batches.
• Write performance reviews and recommend validation approaches.
• Prepare Module 3 updates according to transfer results.
• Prepare variation documentation per local regulatory requirements.
• Support product launches from new site with cross-functional teams.
