Qualificações

• University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Biology or comparable field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• More than 5 years in Pharma Industry with tech transfer/regulatory knowledge.
• Project management experience leading multi-functional teams.
• Learning agility and proactive knowledge pursuit.
• Business/market/technology savvy with growth mindset.
• Strong problem solving in fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to travel globally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Tech Transfer projects effectively, delivering on time and within budget.
• Define project strategy, team and end-to-end plan with risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across QA, QC, RA, Commercial Transfer, and CMOs.
• Run project meetings, monitor milestones and report progress.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and decision-making; track actions.
• Provide scientific/technical expertise in quality, regulatory and transfer.
• Consolidate technical documentation and assess transfer feasibility.
• Check GMP content for compliance with dossiers; support site trials.
