We are seeking a skilled consultant to join our team and help us implement smart, scalable communication solutions using OpenText Exstream.

This position will be adjusted based on the candidate's experience level :

• At the Senior level, we expect strong autonomy, technical leadership, and direct client interaction.
• At the Intermediate level, you'll have close support and a clear path for growth into these responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design and develop communication templates and flows using OpenText Exstream
• Configure and optimize solutions to meet business needs and ensure scalability
• Participate in integration projects with external systems (CRM, ERP, databases, etc.)
• Document technical and functional aspects of implemented solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support junior consultants when needed

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Proven experience with OpenText Exstream or similar CCM tools (e.g., Quadient, FIS CSF)
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and document design logic
• Experience working with APIs and database integrations (SQL)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in communication workflows
• Bonus : familiarity with automation platforms and customer journey mapping
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
• Able to work independently and within a distributed, multicultural team
• Proactive, flexible, and open to continuous learning
• University degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Spanish : Advanced or native
