Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Café/Kiosk Attendant at the VIC, Gurri Wanyarra Wellbeing Centre—Kangaroo Flat. The role focuses on delivering first-class customer service, maintaining the café presentation, and promoting the centre’s programs and healthy options. Availability is required on weekends, nights (4pm–7:30pm), and during school holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café.
• Replenish condiments as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Cashier: taking orders and handling cash.
• Apply sound cash handling principles and use of POS systems.
• Promote the centre’s services and programs to patrons.
• Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons.
• Provide information on product range, including promoting healthy options.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends; hours may increase during peak periods.

Provide excellent customer service to all customers while maintaining the appearance and presentation of the cafe.

The Role

Our Café/Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of our Café/Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.

You must be available Weekends, Nights 4pm - 730pm an School Holidays.

Food Handlers required

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
• Replenished condiments as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
• Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons
• Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
• Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods

Skills & Attributes:

• Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
• Coffee making/ barista skills
• Food handling Certificate
• Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
• Current CPR Certificate.
