EXPORT DIRECTOR (BUILDING MATERIALS)

Responsibilities :

  • Report directly to the CEO, implementing and driving a strategic business plan to optimize performance.
  • Oversee all aspects of sales and financial management, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Drive sales growth across a diverse customer base in the building and construction sector via multiple channels such as distributors, DIY markets, project specification for new construction and refurbishment projects.
  • Recommend the development of new products aligned with market demand.
  • Represent the company at senior levels within the customer base to maintain and enhance key relationships.
  • Lead and coordinate an international team.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • A seasoned business leader with a track record in sales within the building materials industry, serving diverse distribution channels.
  • Highly proactive and dynamic, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and innovation to the role.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and market-driven insights.
  • Spanish, English, and a third language are required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
