Descripción del empleo

In this Architect role, you will be part of Glencore Zinc’s Global SAP Support team handling day-to-day incidents as well as system enhancement and continuous improvement opportunities that require Security / Authorization and GRC skills.

Your expertise in Security / Authorizations across different SAP modules will be crucial in driving the successful implementation of new initiatives, ensuring a SOD-free set of roles as well as maintaining the current SAP landscape.

You will resolve Security related issues by following standardized procedures, ensuring SAP is properly governed and complies with our policies.

More specifically, you will be expected to:

1. Have Architect level knowledge for SAP Security and GRC concepts / subject matter;
2. Ensure that Security roles are segregation of duty free;
3. Administer security authorization and role creation;
4. Design and Maintain authorizations and roles for SAP Fiori Launchpad;
5. Maintain security design and admin process documentation;
6. Suggest and implement enhancements that will support growth and improve security of the system;
7. Perform system reviews and limit access to ensure that work is performed in accordance with the security policies;
8. Liaise with auditors to provide standard information and improve solutions;
9. Be aware of recent developments in the field of SAP security and make sure they are reviewed / adopted by the organization;
10. Work with the other IT teams and business to provide specialized SAP security for projects; minimizing segmentation of duties and responsibilities that could conflict;

Do you have what it takes?

1. Deep understanding of SAP Security and GRC best practices with 10+ years hands-on experience including at least 3 years of experience specifically in the S / 4 HANA / Fiori environment;
2. At least 5 years of experience with GRC ARA and EAM modules;
3. Good knowledge of FI (Universal GL, AP, AR), MM and PM modules, in particular from a business usage perspective;
4. An analytical perception, a structured way of working and an ability to get things done;
5. Strong client relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively;
6. Team player, flexible and eager to learn;
7. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Language: As you will be part of a global team, you must be able to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of other languages such as French, German and / or Spanish is desirable.

Travel: Some occasional travelling will be required.
