THE ROLE

As an Export / Import Logistics Specialist at ALOHAS, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products reach their destinations smoothly and on schedule. By coordinating with shippers, carriers, and internal teams, you’ll oversee each step of the delivery process—from creating delivery notes to final handoff. With a strong focus on cost and efficiency, you’ll manage logistics details, validate invoices, and keep our teams aligned and informed. This position is essential in keeping our operations running reliably, ensuring timely deliveries for our customers worldwide.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Shipment Coordination : Oversee and manage the delivery process from shipper to final destination, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

Carrier Selection : Strategically plan the most efficient carrier for each shipment in advance.

Cost and Invoice Management : Own cost management for all outbound operations and validate all related invoices for accuracy.

Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate clear and efficient communication between ALOHAS’ stakeholders, including vendors, carriers, couriers, fulfillment centers, accounting, and shipping teams, to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Risk Management : Communicate daily with stakeholders about purchase orders or products that may miss delivery or target dates, recommending corrective actions as needed.

Order Management : Oversee the complete sales order cycle, from delivery note creation and invoicing to picking, fulfillment, shipping, and final delivery.

Service Level Supervision : Monitor stakeholder performance to ensure compliance with service-level agreements.

Dispute Resolution : Issue chargebacks and manage follow-ups with responsible parties when necessary.
