THE ROLE

Join our Customer Service Hub at our Badalona location as an Export Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will manage the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, from customer purchase orders to payment receipt. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Accurately entering orders and monitoring their processing while keeping customers informed at all stages
• Handling returns, issuing credit notes, and processing sample orders efficiently
• Optimizing order size, frequency, and the entire supply chain, including goods issue and shipment tracking
• Addressing customer inquiries and collaborating across departments
• Continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid professional experience in a comparable position, such as customer service, supply chain, logistics, or procurement
• Experience with handling exports or sea & airfreights is a plus
• Knowledge of order management and supply chain processes
• Experience with SAP R3 – SD module is an advantage
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages such as German, Italian, French, or Spanish is a plus
