Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain sales in Middle East accounts, building long-term relationships with customers.
  2. Prepare regional strategies for the Middle East.
  3. Maintain and develop product assortment (category development).
  4. Implement, evaluate, and monitor promotions at customer sites, including managing discounts and joint marketing expenses.
  5. Handle tenders and contract negotiations with current and potential customers.
  6. Seek increased distribution and new prospects actively.
  7. Plan, execute, and monitor account activities.
  8. Perform category sales and margin analysis, including terms and conditions.
  9. Participate in demand planning within the Integrated Business Planning process, optimizing the outbound value chain with supply chain and logistics.
  10. Maximize customer experience while controlling costs.
  11. Optimize payment terms, minimize risks, and oversee payment control.
  12. Ensure forecast accuracy, including sales campaigns and product assortment changes.
