What will be your mission?

You will be responsible for managing and improving digital communications for all group employees, managing communications with public administrations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations, and designing and implementing digital tools that enhance efficiency, representing SEAT before official agencies.

What responsibilities will you have?

• Manage digital communications with authorities (SEPE, TGSS, INSS, SOC, MUTUA, etc.)
• Design digital tools (RPA, Power Automate, etc.) to improve the social security team’s digitalization
• Coordinate data transmissions and communications to the administration through online systems (Contrat@, Siltr@, RED system, Delt@)
• Develop proper communications with the Administration and Official Bodies regarding labor matters
• Maintain relationships with administrative entities on issues of affiliation, hiring, certifications, communications, and bonuses on behalf of all SEAT Group companies
• Expert knowledge in designing digital tools for HyperAutomation (RPA, Power Platform, etc.)
• Coordination and project management skills
• Ability to work in a team and maintain effective relationships with administrative entities
