What will be your mission?

You will be responsible for managing and improving digital communications for all group employees, liaising with public administrations to ensure compliance with deadlines and regulations, and designing and implementing digital tools that enhance efficiency, representing SEAT before official bodies.

What responsibilities will you have?

• Manage digital communications with administrations (SEPE, TGSS, INSS, SOC, MUTUA, etc.)
• Design digital tools (RPA, Power Automate, etc.) to improve the Social Security team's digitalization
• Coordinate data transmissions and communications to authorities via online systems (Contrat@, Siltr@, RED system, Delt@)
• Develop proper communications with official bodies regarding labor matters
• Maintain relationships with administrative entities concerning affiliation, hiring, certifications, communications, and bonuses on behalf of all SEAT Group companies
• Expertise in designing hyper-automation digital tools (RPA, Power Platform, etc.)
• Coordinate and manage projects effectively
• Work collaboratively and maintain effective relationships with administrative entities
