We are seeking an experienced Solution Delivery Specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, focusing on Customer Service Workspace. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and optimizing Email and LiveChat configurations, including channel setup, templates, and automation rules.

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing WhatsApp Integration, aligning business requirements with secure and compliant communication solutions. They will also enable and optimize Social Engagement, configuring connectors for channels such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

Collaboration with technical consultants, developers, and testers throughout the project lifecycle is essential. The role requires producing high-quality documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and training materials.

The successful candidate should have demonstrated experience configuring Omnichannel for Customer Service, including at least 3 of : LiveChat, Email, WhatsApp, Voice, Social Media (Sprinklr). A functional understanding of integrations with external systems, such as telephony providers or social platforms, is also necessary.

Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (MB-230) are required. Exposure to Process Mining, Customer Insights, or Power Virtual Agents is a plus. English Proficiency / C1 Level is mandatory.
