Seeking a seasoned SAP HCM-Payroll specialist to assume a key role in the configuration and customization of Spanish payroll processes.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP HCM-Payroll, with a strong focus on Spanish payroll customization.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing payroll solutions, as well as performing complex customizations.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time opportunity with flexible start dates between June and September. The initial contract period will be 12 months. Workload is expected to be approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with up to 100% remote work possible. The ideal candidate will have excellent language skills in Spanish (C1 level or higher) and a strong understanding of payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and customize SAP HCM-Payroll for Spanish-speaking clients.
• Develop and implement payroll solutions that meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM-Payroll, including Spanish payroll customization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Nice to Have :

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

Languages :

• Fluent in Spanish (minimum C1 level).

Work Load :

• Full-time 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.

Remote Work :

• Up to 100% Remote Work possible.
• Customer would ideally prefer 3-4 trips to Madrid for UATs, Go-Live, etc... Trips will last approximately 1 week. Travel expenses will be covered by the client but 100% remote work is possible if onsite travel is not possible.
