Descripción del empleo

As an Expert Project Manager at Atradius, you will lead and deliver high-impact projects, providing advance expertise in project execution and stakeholder management, optimizing practices, mentoring other project managers, and creating a collaborative environment within the project team. You will also be responsible for compliance with the PPMO framework.

In this position your key responsibilities will be :

• Manage complex projects (including several work streams) with high business impact.
• Drive project governance and organizational capability development.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor less experienced project managers.
• Identify, manage, and escalate critical dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership (when required).
• Ensure projects deliver maximum business value in time and manner, without exceeding the budget allocated.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications :

• Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in project management.
• Excellent understanding of PPMO frameworks.
• Communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced certification in Project Management.

Top 5 main activities :

• Design and govern execution frameworks and methodologies for managing complex projects with several workstreams.
• Oversee and coordinate cross-project interdependencies and risks, resolving conflicts proactively and ensuring timely execution.
• Manage senior-level stakeholder expectations and drive stakeholder accountability securing commitments.
• Evaluate and improve project processes continuously.
• Mentor and support project teams for execution excellence, facilitating best practices in delivery and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the Portfolio Management team for progress reporting and cross-dependencies management.
