We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead existing projects with various levels of maturity and stakeholders. This includes projects for the health business, business line truck services, and claims reimbursement topics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively engage all required teams by establishing and sustaining accountability to ensure they are actively involved in the project.
• Define and monitor the project scope within the constraints of quality, cost, time, and functional perimeter.
• Identify dependencies and maintain a risk register; manage risks / mitigations and any issues as they arise.
• Organize and lead project steering committees and coordinate all streams ensuring efficient progress updates and stakeholder support.
• Prepare the right reporting, tailored to the targeted audience with proper monitoring, tracking, and decision-making material.
• Lead / support business readiness and maintain up-to-date deployment plans, and expected benefits in accordance with the business case.
• Ensure project alignment with Agile and DevOps methodologies in line with architectural, data, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements :

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Practical / hands-on approach to deliver concrete results and structure the environment.
• Ability to anticipate risks or mitigate their impact / likelihood once they occur.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies / frameworks.
• Business acumen : Familiarity with insurance / assistance.
• Practical knowledge of process design as well as systems architecture principles.
