Ethos is a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team and backed by world-leading investors. We connect experts with investors and consultancies for paid expert calls, speaking engagements, and advisory opportunities.

We are seeking experienced process engineers who can help train our latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. This fully remote, flexible role requires 5–20 hours per week with an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations, with direct ownership of production capacity planning, bill of materials packages, or quality control processes
• Working knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and the supplier qualification standards used in regulated manufacturing environments
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
