Ethos is seeking experienced financial planners to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible weekly hours and competitive compensation.

You will apply 4+ years of advising individuals on cash-flow, debt payoff, and retirement planning to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across household cash-flow plans, goals-based plans, and more. Join a fast-growing expert network backed by top investors.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced financial planners who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
We're looking for financial planners with 4+ years advising individual clients on budgeting, saving, and financial planning to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: household cash-flow plans, goals-based financial plans, retirement drawdown models, debt payoff schedules, net-worth statements, and risk-tolerance questionnaires.

Compensation: $70/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP
