Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced wealth managers to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will leverage 4+ years advising individual clients on cash-flow planning, debt payoff, and retirement modeling to create and refine AI-generated materials across core workflows, all on a flexible remote schedule.

Join a remote, flexible role with 5-20 hours per week (or more) and ASAP start, at $70/hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced wealth managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for wealth managers with 4+ years advising individual clients on budgeting, saving, and financial planning to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: household cash-flow plans, goals-based financial plans, retirement drawdown models, debt payoff schedules, net-worth statements, and risk-tolerance questionnaires.
