Ethos is seeking experienced credit analysts to help train our AI models on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You’ll work 5–20 hours weekly, remotely, with a $100/hour compensation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory and expert document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship. Responsibilities include creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated financial documents across DCF, trading comps, LBOs, and credit risk

Formación

• 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models.
• Deep fluency in credit risk assessment, covenant analysis, and investment committee memo writing for institutional stakeholders.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop and validate discounted cash flow valuation models, trading comps analyses, and LBO scenarios.
• Prepare investment memos and covenant summaries for internal committees and institutional stakeholders.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced credit analysts who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for credit analysts with 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: discounted cash flow valuation models, comparable company trading analyses, credit risk memos, leveraged buyout models, covenant compliance summaries, and investment committee memos.
