Ethos is seeking experienced sell-side equity analysts to help train our language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This remote role is 5-20 hours weekly with a start ASAP and compensation at $100/hour.

We require 3+ years in equity research and deep expertise in valuation exhibits, industry analysis, and investment thesis communication. You will craft AI-assisted decks for initiation, earnings previews, and investor marketing materials.

We're looking for analysts with 3+ years covering a sector at a sell-side or independent research firm to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: initiation report exhibits, earnings preview and review slides, industry primer decks, thesis one-pagers, valuation summary pages, and marketing decks for investor meetings.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
