Ethos, a new expert network backed by McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind, is hiring senior equity research analysts for remote, flexible engagements. You will train AI models on professional presentations and slide decks, leveraging 3+ years of equity research experience.

You will craft, critique, and refine AI-generated materials such as initiation reports, earnings slides, industry primers, and investor-ready decks, ensuring precision, clarity, and investor-focused storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in equity research at a recognized sell-side or independent firm.
• Deep expertise in valuation exhibits, industry analysis, and investment thesis communication.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced senior equity research analysts from top banks and independent research firms who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for senior analysts with 3+ years covering a sector at a sell-side or independent research firm to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: initiation report exhibits, earnings preview and review slides, industry primer decks, thesis one-pagers, valuation summary pages, and marketing decks for investor meetings.

$100/hour

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
