In addition:

As a Business Analyst, you will work alongside our Data Experts and IT Application leaders to tackle customer data quality issues, enabling Schneider Electric to unlock the full potential of our data.

Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze Existing Business Processes:
    Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather insights and documentation.
    Examine customer data to identify patterns of poor data quality and determine root causes.
    Document current data flows and outline key business pain points through high-level use cases.
  2. Define Future Requirements:
    Summarize business needs in high-level use cases.
    Develop detailed user stories and needs that will guide the design and development of target data systems and platforms.
  3. Contribute to Data Management Initiatives:
    Collaborate on defining conceptual data components and what constitutes high data quality.
    Assist in establishing data quality metrics to ensure data remains at a high standard.
    Develop guidelines and provide support for country-based resources during the transformation process.
Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Excellent documentation and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with data in IT platforms.
  • Familiarity with data systems, including Master Data Management (MDM) and analytics environments.
  • General understanding of data structures and their applications.
  • Project management knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively drive tasks to completion.
