AllianzServices within Allianz Technology offers a service aligned with the global Protection & Resilience Service Line to ensure that Allianz Group can respond effectively and efficiently to changes and sudden disruptions, protecting business operations (IT and Non-IT), personnel, and physical assets. Allianz Services plays a key role in implementing the core professional, procedural, and organizational requirements set by the Group Protection & Resilience team to anticipate, prepare for, and adapt to these changes and disruptions.

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is a critical component of our Protection & Resilience efforts. Developed through joint efforts among various Allianz entities, with Barcelona playing a crucial role. The TPRM framework will be particularly guided by the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

We are building a TPRM team in Barcelona responsible for offering, delivering, and managing the TPRM lifecycle as a service to all Allianz Operational Entities. We are seeking several positions with relevant experience in Outsourcing or TPRM, although other related experiences (e.g., ICT Security, Contract Management, ERM) may also be considered.

You will

  1. Serve as a point of contact within the delivery center for complex risk queries, support, and guidance.
  2. Cover all new risk domains and ensure up-to-date and effective support.
  3. Manage and oversee the efficient and effective implementation of the AZ Third Party Risk Management Policy across AZ Group and assigned entities.
  4. Perform TPRM/Outsourcing Maturity Assessment, including alignment with Risk, Data Privacy, Legal, and Security.
  5. Contribute to and follow up on internal and external audits regarding Third Party Risk Management.
  6. Prepare Third Party Vendor management-related reports/dashboards and report to senior management.
  7. Ensure the TPRM/outsourcing inventory of all third-party/outsourcing agreements and key supporting documentation of the TPRM/outsourcing process (e.g., Risk Assessment, Business Plan, Due Diligence, BoM approvals) is managed and adequately in place.
  8. Plan and facilitate the completion of all Risk and Control Assessments (RCA) for TPRM Service Providers across the TPRM / Outsourcing Lifecycle; own the System of Governance control for the TPRM/Outsourcing Function.
  9. Manage the Quality Assurance process over third-party RCA, control documentation, and testing results; ensure adequate reporting.
  10. Contribute to the publication of the annual TPRM/Outsourcing Assurance Reports for AZ Technology senior management and its customers.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional experience ideally in Third-Party Risk Management or outsourcing, Contact Management, Vendor Management, or Procurement. Experience in other risk areas (operational, IT, project, outsourcing/vendor, business risk) will also be considered.
  • University degree in Engineering, Legal, Business, Economics, or similar fields.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage goals in situations with unclear formal structures.
  • Proactive in research and problem-solving.
  • Ability to develop and execute plans to deliver quality results on time.
  • Team player, capable of working individually and in virtual international teams, sharing information, and supporting colleagues; international experience is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of ORGS/OpenPages, ServiceNow is a plus.


Additional knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use is a plus.
