A leading international company in Barcelona seeks a Global SAP Architect to drive finance transformation. The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of SAP FICO and finance operations, along with experience in managing SAP projects. The successful candidate will lead improvements in financial systems and collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement best-in-class SAP solutions. This position offers a permanent, hybrid working contract.

Formación

• Experienced SAP consultant with strong hands-on knowledge of FICO and finance operations areas.
• Good understanding of finance processes and related integrated business processes.
• Prior SAP project experience including implementations, upgrades, and international deployments or initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects to deliver SAP improvements for Finance and Tax.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and guide consultants in SAP configurations.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions.

Conocimientos

Strong hands-on knowledge of FICO

Experience with finance operations areas (AP, AR, Reporting, VAT)

Strong communication skills in English

SAP S4 Hana experience

Global SAP Architect - Finance Transformation

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive finance transformation for a leading international company. As a highly skilled SAP Solution Architect , you will be responsible for designing and implementing improvements to the company's finance systems, including projects across e-Invoicing, e-Reporting, Tax / VAT, and integrations between FICO and SD / MM Modules.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of FICO and finance operations areas, such as AP, AR, Reporting, and VAT. You will also possess a good understanding of finance processes and related integrated business processes.

You will lead projects to deliver SAP improvements, collaborating with senior business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into solution design. Additionally, you will leverage technical solutions and integrations to deploy best-in-class SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead projects to deliver SAP improvements for areas including Finance, Tax, Integrations with SD / MM
• Requirements gathering, functional design, SAP solution architecture, and lead consultants through configuration and customisation, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate to solution design
• Leverage technical solutions and integrations to deploy best-in-class SAP solutions
• Lead testing, training, and post-live improvements

Requirements :

Experienced SAP consultant with strong hands-on knowledge of FICO and finance operations areas, e.g., AP, AR, Reporting, VAT

Good understanding of finance processes and related integrated business processes

Prior SAP project experience, e.g., implementations, upgrade programmes, new module rollouts, SAP international deployment, improvement initiatives

Strong communication skills in English and stakeholder engagement skills

SAP S4 Hana experience highly desirable
