You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or online chat, resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.

Requirements :
