This involves working collaboratively with managed service providers to ensure seamless support transitions, automating database operations and processes using ANSIBLE, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Provide third-level support for database technologies (Oracle and PostgreSQL). Collaborate with managed service providers to ensure seamless support transitions. Automate database operations and processes using ANSIBLE. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Work in regulated environments, such as FDA-compliant settings. Administer and support containerized database environments and cloud-based platforms as needed. Explore and implement innovative solutions to improve database platform operations and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications

Experience with container administration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
