Bending Spoons is seeking a driven, collaborative operator to orchestrate company events, travel, and recruiting support across multiple offices. You will help strengthen culture while leveraging AI to improve efficiency and day-to-day operations for Spooners and new hires.
You will work primarily on-site, engaging with teams in-person and delivering a high-touch employee experience as the company scales across Europe, including Madrid and Milan offices.
Formación
- Must be able to solve complex problems from first principles and structure ideas clearly.

- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Willingness to be on-site daily to contribute in person.
Responsabilidades
- Run company events from planning to on-site execution.
- Coordinate business travel across the company.
- Support recruiting initiatives with the Talent team.
- Strengthen company culture through events and family-friendly activities.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline operations and processes.
- Support day-to-day operations and onboarding for new hires.
