About the role:

You will be responsible for supervising, motivating, and following up the team members on a regular basis. In this role, you will be the contact point for many different departments and countries, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, we believe in Freska that you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Oversight: Lead and manage the team of customer service employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze individual and team performance against key metrics, ensuring targets are met.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to support team growth and skill development.
  • Escalation Management: Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
  • Scheduling and Resource Planning: Manage team schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement changes to enhance service quality and streamline workflows.
  • Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting open communication and engagement.
  • Reporting: Generate performance reports and share insights with management to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
  • Experience from Customer Service Operations center.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must speak and understand fluently at least Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
  • Must speak and understand fluently English.
  • Shown leadership potential and taken extra responsibility in their role today.

Practical information:

Location: Calle Santa Barbara 5, Fuengirola.
Type of employment: Full-time, with collective agreement.
Start date: January/February.
Working hours: 37.5 hours/week.

Salary range: €2400 - 2700/month + bonus.
