About the role:
You will be responsible for supervising, motivating, and following up the team members on a regular basis. In this role, you will be the contact point for many different departments and countries, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, we believe in Freska that you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Type of employment: Full-time, with collective agreement.

Working hours: 37.5 hours/week.
Salary range: €2400 - 2700/month + bonus.
