Boeing Research & Technology is seeking to hire a Systems Engineer with a strong background in Manufacturing and/or Production Engineering, reporting to the Manager of Model-based Design for X from any of our offices in Munich, Germany OR Madrid, Spain.
In this position you will contribute to the mission of Boeing’s Digital Engineering (DE) Global Center, a global initiative supporting the digital transformation of Boeing’s engineering. The activities are ranging from conducting R&D projects to providing direct support to Boeing’s engineering functions and programs.
As a Systems Engineer you’ll be joining an interdisciplinary team focusing on the development of digital engineering solutions with a strong focus on production system topics.
Position responsibilities:

Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Typical Education: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Europe (Germany or Spain). Candidates must have current legal authorization to live and work in Europe. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
