A leading staffing consultancy is seeking a driven Sales Partner or Consultant in Spain. The ideal candidate will have experience in client acquisition and relationship management, particularly within HR and staffing. The role will require leveraging existing B2B connections to expand the client base and assisting in hiring highly qualified workers. Flexibility in work location, with both remote and in-person client visits, is offered.
Are you a driven sales professional with an existing network of clients in Spain? Do you have a deep understanding of client acquisition and relationship management—especially within the HR, staffing, or recruitment industries? We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Partner or Consultant who can : Leverage existing B2B connections with companies in Spain, particularly those interested to directly hire skilled workers in bulk (e.g., electricians, welders, painters, etc.) Understand client staffing needs and communicate the benefits of hiring highly qualified workers Help expand our client base by connecting us with large or mid-sized companies open to international recruitment solutions Preferably, bring prior experience in HR, staffing, or international recruitment
