Your position in our crew

As part of the expansion of our Business Analytics team, we have a vacancy for the position of (Senior) Data Engineer (m/f/d). To support our group of companies during this transformation, our goal is to establish business analytics and intelligence as key value drivers in all major business decisions.

• In your role as (Senior) Data Engineer (m/f/d), you will develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes for integrating and processing data from various sources.
• You will lead the implementation and further development of data warehouse architectures based on Snowflake and Data Vault Builder.
• You will ensure high data quality and availability.
• You will continuously develop and optimize our business analytics infrastructure, aligning with departmental data analytics goals, standardization, and automation.
• You will work closely with specialized departments to identify data requirements and areas for optimization.

What you bring to the table

• A degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge in creating and optimizing ETL processes.
• Experience working with Data Vault Builder, Snowflake, and Qlik Sense.
• Extensive programming experience with SQL and Python.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
• High motivation, independence, quick comprehension, organizational agility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
