Mission

The Personal Care Marketing Manager will focus on developing and advancing the Personal Care category, supporting the Home & Personal Care Business Unit to realize its growth potential. This role involves proactive business development, industry expertise, and understanding of market trends, technologies, and consumer insights.

The candidate will bring fragrance expertise to client brands, identify new product and fragrance opportunities, and manage regional and international projects collaboratively with sales, R&D, and other teams, actively participating in the Global Business Unit Core Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales on client initiatives, creating concepts and presentations aligned with global strategies.
  • Guide fragrance development teams on proactive initiatives and key projects.
  • Contribute to global marketing tools and strategic account planning.
  • Develop analytical tools and selling stories for new technologies.
  • Monitor market dynamics, product portfolios, technology, and consumer behavior.
  • Coordinate with subsidiaries' marketing and product teams for effective deployment of marketing activities.
  • Identify and promote growth opportunities within the EAT region.
  • Build deep market and consumer understanding for assigned geographies.
  • Collaborate with sales to strengthen client relationships and provide innovative fragrance solutions.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Communication.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in FMCG Personal Care or Fragrance House, with a strong technical background and experience working with multinational teams.
  • Solid knowledge of the fragrance industry and key Personal Care categories.
  • Familiarity with CI tools and trend databases.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and digital technologies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Languages: Proficient in English; Spanish and French are desirable.
