Skin by Lovely is seeking talented, suitably licensed medical providers with a passion for facial aesthetics, skin care, and paramount safety standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide diagnostic and therapeutic care for facial aesthetic patients including taking medical histories, performing examinations, administering procedures, and developing a treatment plan for top-notch patient care as directed by the Medical Director.
2. Keep a focused treatment menu and provide ongoing and regular training.
3. Act as an educational center by providing comprehensive, hands-on training for health care providers new to medical aesthetics.
4. Create an inclusive environment where every patient feels special and cared for.
5. Go above and beyond for our patients and seek to create and maintain bonds while also exhibiting qualities of teamwork, personal accountability, and well-being.

Education & Experience:

• Experience in a medical office working as a facial aesthetic provider.
• Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner.
• Current (Washington) license in good standing. Washington + Oregon licensure is highly desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with patients to determine best treatments for their desired outcome and create a plan of care within the practice guidelines.
• Carry out treatment plan with confidence, expertise, and appropriate usage and quantity of product while providing a safe and clean treatment regimen per practice protocols.
• Handle patient questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Provide appropriate follow-ups and timely responses to all treated patients.
• Maintain an energetic positive attitude and contribute toward a quality and peaceful work environment.
• Align with Skin by Lovely’s core values: take accountability, be team oriented, make a difference, value well-being, be inclusive and respectful.
• Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and industry.
• Accurately record client treatments in EMR the day of treatment.
• Actively promote the practice, treatments, and services, as well as programs, promotions, and discounts available.
