• Familiar with POS, PMS and CRM platforms.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Delivers exceptional and personalized guest experiences, consistently exceeding expectations and upholding Six Senses service standards.
• Acts as a key point of communication, ensuring smooth daily operations and coordination between supervisors, guides and fellow hosts.
• Conducts activities and excursions both within and outside the resort, ensuring safety, efficiency and high service standards.
• Presents and introduces the resort's activity compendium and schedules, recommending suitable activities based on guests' interests and preferences.
• Provides accurate information about resort facilities, services, activities, excursions, gym facilities and equipment usage regulations.
• Handles guest inquiries, special requests and feedback, ensuring effective service recovery and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure seamless execution of experiences, accurate bookings and proper billing procedures.
• Promotes and upsells resort facilities and services, including spa, wellness, dining and recreational experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities

As Experience Host, I willassume full responsibility for theefficientoperation in the following:

• Delivers exceptional and personalized guest experiences, consistently exceeding expectations and upholding Six Senses service standards.
• Acts as a key point of communication, ensuring smooth daily operations and coordination between supervisors, guides and fellow hosts.
• Conducts activities and excursions both within and outside the resort, ensuring safety, efficiency and high service standards.
• Presents and introduces the resort's activity compendium and schedules, recommending suitable activities based on guests' interests and preferences.
• Provides accurate information about resort facilities, services, activities, excursions, gym facilities and equipment usage regulations.
• Handles guest inquiries, special requests and feedback, ensuring effective service recovery and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure seamless execution of experiences, accurate bookings and proper billing procedures.
• Promotes and upsells resort facilities and services, including spa, wellness, dining and recreational experiences.
• Inspects, cleans and maintains all recreational equipment, reporting any damage or maintenance requirements to the Wellness & Experiences Manager.
• Ensures compliance with gym usage guidelines, equipment regulations and safety procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of emergency procedures and evacuation drills, promptly reporting any health or safety hazards.
• Ensures all activities comply with resort policies, brand standards, safety requirements and local regulations.
• Maintains high standards of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene.
• Attends departmental meetings and training sessions, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Assists in implementing and enforcing departmental policies, procedures and best practices.
• Consistently upholds Six Senses guidelines, operational standards and LQA requirements, using guest feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
• Takes responsibility for the efficient execution of all assigned tasks, maintaining and exceeding individual performance benchmarks.
• Performs any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the Experience Supervisor or Wellness & Experiences Manager.

Qualifications

To execute the position of Experience Host, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar hotel operational role. Hospitality diploma/degreefrom a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. I have good knowledge on how to swim. I have knowledge of hospitality operations, including emergency evacuation drills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid authorization to work in Spain is required. Applicants must hold the appropriate visa and/or work permit where applicable. European visa or valid work permit required.
