How you'll be hosting with heart :

1. Enhance Financial Models : Improve and develop financial modelling tools to support strategic decision-making across the company.
2. Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth research on hotel real estate trends, investment opportunities, and competitive landscapes across multiple markets.
3. Support Regional Teams : Provide structure and analytical support to teams operating in different countries.
4. Feasibility Studies : Assist in evaluating potential M&A deals and other new opportunities.
5. Process Optimization : Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in our underwriting process.
6. Presentation & Teaser Development : Prepare high-quality presentations and teasers for internal projects and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to shoot for the stars with us :

1. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
2. Experience : 1-3 years in financial advisory, consulting, hotel real estate consulting, or hotel operations.
3. Data Savvy : Strong analytical skills and experience with market research. If you love Excel and financial modelling, you’ll fit right in!
4. Research Skills : Excellent research capabilities with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into key insights.
5. Clear Communicator : Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate effectively, with strong verbal and written skills.
6. Team Player & Independent Worker : Ability to collaborate while being highly autonomous and requiring minimal supervision.
7. Independent Problem Solver : Proactive and motivated to tackle challenges head-on.
8. Passionate About Hospitality : Interested in the hospitality industry and market trends.
