How you'll be hosting with heart :

• Enhance Financial Models: Improve and develop financial modelling tools to support strategic decision-making across the company.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on hotel real estate trends, investment opportunities, and competitive landscapes across multiple markets.
• Support Regional Teams: Provide structure and analytical support to teams operating in different countries.
• Feasibility Studies: Assist in evaluating potential M&A deals and other new opportunities.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in our underwriting process.
• Presentation & Teaser Development: Prepare high-quality presentations and teasers for both internal projects and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to shoot for the stars with us :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience: 1-3 years in financial advisory, consulting, hotel real estate consulting, or hotel operations.
• Data Savvy: Strong analytical skills and experience with market research. If you love Excel and financial modelling, you’ll fit right in!
• Research Skills: Excellent research capabilities with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into key insights.
• Clear Communicator: You can simplify complex ideas and share them effectively. We value strong verbal and written skills.
• Team Player & Independent Worker: Ability to work collaboratively while being highly autonomous and requiring minimal supervision.
• Independent Problem Solver: You’re proactive and motivated to tackle challenges head-on.
