How you'll be hosting with heart :

1. Enhance Financial Models: Improve and develop financial modelling tools to support strategic decision-making across the company.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on hotel real estate trends, investment opportunities, and competitive landscapes across multiple markets.
3. Support Regional Teams: Provide structure and analytical support to teams operating in different countries.
4. Feasibility Studies: Assist in evaluating potential M&A deals and other new opportunities.
5. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in our underwriting process.
6. Presentation & Teaser Development: Prepare high-quality presentations and teasers for both internal projects and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to shoot for the stars with us :

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
2. Experience: 1-3 years in financial advisory / consulting / hotel real estate consulting or hotel operations.
3. Data Savvy: Strong analytical skills and experience with market research. If you love Excel and financial modelling, you’ll fit right in!
4. Research Skills: Excellent research capabilities with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into key insights.
5. Clear Communicator: You can simplify complex ideas and share them effectively. We value strong verbal and written skills.
6. Team Player & Independent Worker: Ability to work collaboratively while being highly autonomous and requiring minimal supervision.
7. Independent Problem Solver: You’re proactive and motivated to tackle challenges head-on.

1. Hybrid Office Model: We offer a flexible and empowering work environment - you can choose to work 100% from our office in Madrid or from home.
2. Relocation Support: We'll financially support your move to Madrid if you live further than 300km from our office.
