You will help scout and analyze potential new locations, conduct financial feasibility studies, and manage the complex logistics of store openings. What will be your responsibilities?
Responsibilities
As our Expansion Assistant, you will provide crucial support to the Expansion team, helping to identify, evaluate, and execute new store openings. Your key responsibilities will include:
Market Research & Feasibility
- Support the search and analysis of new locations or potential markets.
- Visit potential locations to evaluate their potential.
- Gather and present relevant information for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct economic feasibility studies and profitability projections for new store openings.
Stakeholder & Project Management
- Maintain communication with key stakeholders such as suppliers, real estate agents, and local authorities.
- Develop and maintain databases of location opportunities and key contacts.
- Support negotiations and the closing of deals with property owners or shopping centers.
- Prepare reports and executive presentations on project progress.
- Track timelines, contracts, and documentation related to the opening processes.
Internal Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Legal, Retail) to ensure the correct execution of new store openings.
- Participate in the optimization of expansion processes to improve efficiency, costs, and timelines.
- Analyze proposed store layouts and optimize sales space.
- Manage the follow-up of licenses, permits, and legal requirements for store openings.
- Assist with store openings to support the setup.
Minimum Requirements
What are we looking for?

- Studies in Business Administration or International Commerce.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial areas, expansion, or similar roles.
- Knowledge of market analysis and proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Google Maps, etc.
- Fluent in Spanish and English is required. Proficiency in a third language such as French or German is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
