Descripción del empleo

As an Expansion Administrative, you will be responsible for providing follow-up and assistance to assigned agencies, supporting the process and development of new openings. You will participate in tenders for locating new partners and maintain constant contact with suppliers. This is a highly analytical position requiring daily involvement, but you should also be comfortable engaging in operational aspects, logistics, and distribution, which are key parts of your professional background.

Responsibilities and Objectives

  • Ensuring the proper functioning of agencies and managing incidents.
  • Checking delivery notes, stocktakes, and agency costs.
  • Conducting periodic trips to agencies for audits.
  • Controlling processes and training new staff.
  • Opening new agencies.
  • Monitoring daily processes for accuracy.
  • Maintaining daily communication with agencies.
  • Managing transport, including hiring additional vans for interagency liaison.
  • Verifying monthly invoicing of agencies.
  • Managing incidents and supporting other departments such as Customer Experience and Operations.
  • Managing files and preparing for new openings.
  • Implementing and creating routes and new agencies using computer systems.

Requirements

  • Based in South Spain: Córdoba, Jerez, Sevilla, Granada, etc.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to measure agency performance methodically.
  • Team-oriented with a multidisciplinary profile.
  • Negotiation skills and/or experience in commercial management.
  • Knowledge and background in logistics, specifically Last Mile.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Autonomous and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and achieve ambitious goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and management software such as CRM and ERP systems.
  • Basic IT skills to resolve incidents.
  • Proficiency in English to facilitate communication.
