Responsibilities : Define search strategies and identify target companies and potential candidates. Direct search and sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter). Evaluate candidates. Longlist presentation. Shortlist presentation. Support other potential talent mapping mandates. Collaborate, as a team, with internal partners, to ensure project alignment. Format documents according to company style guidelines.
Requirements : Proven experience in Executive Search, recruitment or talent acquisition. Independent professional. Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong client service orientation, with exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of integrity, a strong work ethic, and an open mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Remote work experience and ability to manage your own schedule effectively. Fluent Spanish and English. Previous remote work experience.
