Executive Search boutique firm is seeking an experienced senior recruiter to handle direct search and selection for middle, senior, and top management professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Define search strategies and identify potential companies and candidates.
2. Conduct direct searches and sourcing (using LinkedIn Recruiter).
3. Present shortlisted candidates.
4. Map roles and mandates as needed.
5. Collaborate with internal partners to align project objectives.
6. Format documents according to company style guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in Executive Search, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
2. Professional proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
3. High-quality client service orientation, with excellent organizational and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently with integrity, a strong work ethic, and an open mind.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work remotely and manage your schedule effectively.
7. Fluent in Spanish and English.
