Executive Search boutique firm is looking for an experienced senior recruiter, for middle, senior and top management professionals direct search and selection.

Responsibilities :

Definition of the search strategy and initial identification of potential companies and candidates.Direct search and resourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter).Candidates evaluation.Longlist presentation.Shortlist presentation.Other potential mapping roles mandates.Collaborate, as a team, with internal partners, in the alignment of each project.Formatting documents according to the house style.

Requirements :

Proven experience in Executive Search, recruitment, talent acquisition.Independent professional.LinkedIn Recruiter, professional level.High quality client service oriented person, with exceptional organizational and detail orientated skills.Ability to work autonomously, with a genuine sense of integrity, solid work ethic and an open mind.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work remotely and effectively managing your own schedule.Fluent Spanish and English.Previous remote work experience.
