Heidrick & Struggles is seeking an Executive Search Associate/Senior Associate in Madrid to drive key stages of the executive recruiting lifecycle alongside experienced Partners and Principals.

You will identify and map executive talent, develop search strategies, assess candidates, and build client relationships while maintaining high standards of ethics and confidentiality. This role offers mentorship and a clear career path.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 4-6 years professional experience or 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience.
• An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
• Exhibits skill in professional communications and impact.

Responsabilidades

• Develop position specifications and create an effective search strategy in tandem with the Consultant.
• Conduct industry and client research, mapping the executive talent landscape for insights.
• Assist Consultants in preparing business development materials for clients.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle with the Consultant.
• Uphold ethics, quality, and confidentiality in all Search activities.
